About
Set in the dramatic limestone plateaus of the Grands Causses in France's Massif Central, the Wish One Millau Grands Causses is a UCI Gravel World Series race that opens with an uncompromising 450-metre climb over the first 8 kilometres. Three distance options of 40, 80 and 130 km share up to 2,500 metres of elevation gain across gravel roads and rugged tracks. The Millau Viaduct, one of Europe's most spectacular landmarks, frames the landscape throughout. The explosive start demands precise cardiac zone management; at Push Rider, the specificity phase targets race-start pacing drills and the weekly coach review validates that your nutrition activation protocol sustains power through the rest of the course.
