Training

Race-specific periodization. Base, build, load and tapering. All based on your watts, your FTP and your real availability.

Nutrition

A nutrition and sports-supplementation plan tailored to your performance and your health. What to eat before, during and after each session, plus race-specific hydration.

Sport psychology

Race-day stress management, pacing strategy, dealing with mental blocks and preparation for the fatigue moment when your head tells you to stop. Week 6 is where most quit — we are by your side from day 1.

FAQ

What you need to know

What level do I need to apply?

The programme is for cyclists who already train regularly and race. If you have done a race in the last year and have a target race, you fit the profile.

What does the 3-month pack include?

Periodized training, nutritional strategy, 24/7 mental coaching, weekly review with the coach and real-time adjustments. The three pillars integrated, not three separate services.

How many hours per week do I need to train?

Between 10 and 14 hours depending on your level and target race. The plan is built around your real availability, though the minimum is 4 days a week.

What if I'm not sure I can follow the nutrition plan?

You must meet 80% of the nutrition plan in the first two months and 100% in the third and final month before the race. Otherwise you will not meet your goals.

Do I need a power meter or a smart trainer?

No. The essential thing is a heart rate strap. If you also have a power meter and a smart trainer, it is a plus for reaching your goals.

Can I choose any race?

You can choose any of the three official Push Rider races or any other gravel race with at least three months before the race date.

What if I have an active injury?

We only accept people who are physically fit, ideally with a stress test carried out in the same year.

What if I am not selected?

We will put you on the waiting list.
