About

Brittany's wild Atlantic coast, with its granite cliffs, sandy coves and rural lanes, provides the setting for GravelMan Breizh. Starting from Saint-Meloir-des-Ondes near the walled city of Saint-Malo, this self-supported bikepacking race offers distances of 60, 120, 200, 350 and 500 km in the GravelMan Series format. The mixed terrain of Ille-et-Vilaine rewards riders with constantly changing scenery across gravel paths, bocage lanes and coastal tracks. Breton weather is famously unpredictable, a real performance variable; at Push Rider we address race strategy and mental pacing within the sports psychology pillar, and the weekly coach review tunes training blocks in adverse conditions so cold, humidity and wind become neutral factors.
