About

Albi, the UNESCO World Heritage city of red brick in Occitania, opens the 2026 Coupe de France FFC Gravel season as host of round one. The course crosses the gravel tracks of the Tarn department through vineyards, oak forests and river gorges under southern French sunshine. Four distance options of 30, 70, 100 and 130 km with 2,000 metres of elevation accommodate riders from beginners to elite across all age-group categories. Starting the cup season in May requires a solid aerobic base and activated threshold capacity; at Push Rider the aerobic base phase builds your watt-by-watt foundation and the weekly coach check-in ensures the nutrition activation block brings you to Albi race-ready without residual fatigue.
