Questions about the program

How long does the PUSH TRAINING 360 program last?

Exactly twelve weeks, from the start date to the day of your target race. That is the reasonable minimum to periodize load, intensity, and taper without shortcuts.

What does the 3-month pack include?

Periodized training plan, a nutritional protocol adapted to your race goal, a race strategy, 24/7 coaching, a weekly review with the coach, and real-time adjustments.

How many cyclists are there per edition?

Spots are limited to 8 cyclists per edition. We do open a waiting list, and if there are any dropouts during the program, spots become available.

Are the sessions in person or online?

One hundred percent online. Planning in TrainingPeaks, a weekly review and communication with the coach via WhatsApp.

What happens if I reach week 8 and want to quit?

Week 8 is when the most drop-out requests come in. It is exactly when the body is starting to reach its peak performance. The coach helps you distinguish normal fatigue from real overtraining signals.
