About
The Iberica-Traversa is one of Spain's most demanding ultra bikepacking challenges: 1,723 km and 29,427 m of elevation gain from Irun on the Bay of Biscay coast to Tarifa on the Strait of Gibraltar. With no time limit and a fully self-supported format, the route follows the mountainous spine of the Iberian Peninsula through mountain ranges, high plateaus and remote valleys. Every rider is responsible for their own logistics, rest and safety. As much a philosophical journey as a physical one. In Push Training 360, the 12 weeks are structured with particular attention to resilience and ultra pacing: the coach works week by week on accumulated fatigue management, efficient minimum-sleep protocols and three-phase nutrition so the body holds together beyond week two and the 29,427 m of elevation do not take their toll before Tarifa.
