About

Deep in Dalarna, Sweden's most culturally distinctive region, Evertsberg Gravel places riders on compact hardpack gravel through endless pine and birch forests beneath the long Scandinavian summer light. Three distances of 53, 90, and 158 km make this Nordic Gravel Series round accessible across a range of fitness levels, from focused race efforts to full days in the saddle. The terrain rewards both power and technical confidence on loose sections. At Push Rider we build the aerobic base and variable-surface reading in the opening weeks of the 12-week plan, so that in the final kilometres of the 158 km the rider can execute the race strategy with real physical and mental margin, not just willpower.

Nutrition is organised in 3 phases: pre-race loading, in-race intake management, and post-effort recovery.
