About

The first Italian round of the Gravel Earth Series, starting from Susegana in the heart of the UNESCO-listed Prosecco Hills of Treviso. With options of 40, 80 and 120 km and 2,300 metres of elevation, an impressive 95 percent of the course runs off-road through vineyards, forest tracks and rural lanes across the Trevigiano. The rolling mixed terrain rewards technical versatility over raw power. Push Training 360's aerobic base phase builds the capacity to shift rhythms without losing efficiency, and the coach's weekly review calibrates target watts so the athlete arrives at this kind of course with the reserves and tactical awareness to manage every short rise from start to finish.

Over 12 weeks with weekly reviews, the PUSH TRAINING 360 plan covers 4 phases: aerobic base (adapting to off-road terrain with repeated short climbs), threshold building (hill intervals to manage 2,300 m of elevation), specificity load (simulating 95% off-road terrain over the chosen distance), and a 10-day taper. Three-phase nutrition covers pre-race loading, in-race fuelling and recovery. Pacing accounts for the alternation between technical sections and the rolling Prosecco hills.
