About
The Eislek Gravel Luxembourg is the only UCI-sanctioned gravel race in the Grand Duchy, placing the medieval hilltop town of Vianden firmly on the international gravel calendar. The 36.6-kilometre circuit loops through the Our valley for a total of 73 or 110 kilometres with 2,670 metres of elevation gain, turning each lap into a sustained climbing challenge on forest tracks and off-road paths through the canton of Vianden. The race starts on cobblestones — a nod to northern European classics — before the terrain opens up into gravel. Push Training 360 builds lap consistency through periodized sessions that replicate the exact circuit profile: the coach tracks watt decay between the first and final lap and develops mental resilience so accumulated fatigue never compromises pacing.

How to prepare for Eislek Gravel Luxembourg with PUSH TRAINING 360?
PUSH TRAINING 360 structures 12 weeks of preparation for Eislek Gravel Luxembourg with weekly personalised reviews. The 2,670 m of elevation across 73 or 110 km is high, so Phase 1 aerobic base incorporates climbing-specific work from the outset. Phase 2 builds the threshold power needed for repeated 36.6 km circuit laps. Phase 3 specificity simulates the lap-based circuit structure with accumulated elevation. Phase 4 tapers load in the two weeks before 21 June. Nutrition is managed in three phases: glycogen loading, a fuelling strategy adapted to repeated circuit laps, and recovery. Pacing in Vianden must be managed lap by lap: given the accumulated elevation, an aggressive start will significantly compromise performance in the final kilometres of the Our valley.
