About

The Poland Gravel Race is an unassisted ultra crossing the backbone of the Polish Carpathians: more than 500 kilometres and over 10,000 metres of climbing through the Bieszczady, Beskids, Pieniny and Tatra ranges. Starting in Przemyśl, a historic city in the Subcarpathian region, riders navigate remote valleys, mountain passes and small villages entirely on their own resources across four days of racing from 8 to 11 August. There are no support crews, no transfers and no shortcuts — just raw terrain and the discipline to manage pace, food and sleep independently. Push Rider's 12-week preparation integrates all three pillars of the method: specificity-phase watt-based overnight effort blocks, autonomous nutrition protocols under cumulative fatigue, and sport-psychology work on resilience and pacing strategy for the moments when the body demands you stop.
